1. About Super Travel
Super Travel is a US-based travel agency with over 20 years of experience booking flights and travel arrangements between the United States and destinations worldwide, with a specialty in India, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. We operate primarily by phone, WhatsApp, email, and through this website. We do not operate a physical storefront. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
2. Our Role as a Travel Agent
Super Travel acts as an intermediary between you and the airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, ground transport providers, and other travel suppliers ("Suppliers"). We do not own, operate, or control any Supplier.
When you book with us:
- Your contract for the actual travel service (the flight, the room, the tour) is with the Supplier, not with Super Travel.
- The Supplier's own terms, conditions, tariffs, and policies apply and are usually available at ticketing.
- Super Travel is responsible for arranging, ticketing, and supporting your booking โ not for the actual travel service.
We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or defaults of any Supplier, nor for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: weather, mechanical or technical failures, air traffic control, government action, strikes, war, terrorism, pandemics, and force majeure events.
3. Booking and Payment
How bookings are made
Bookings are confirmed only when:
- You have expressly authorized the booking (by phone, WhatsApp, email, or in writing), and
- Full payment has been received and processed, and
- We have issued a ticket or confirmation number.
Quotes are valid only for the time period stated at the time of the quote (fares fluctuate constantly). A quote does not constitute a booking.
Payment methods
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards, and other methods we may specify at booking. Payments are processed by third-party PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the funds are sufficient to cover the transaction.
Fraud prevention
We may verify your identity, contact information, and payment method before issuing a ticket. Reserving a fare does not guarantee ticket issuance if verification is unsuccessful.
4. Pricing and Fees
Airfare
Airfare is set by the airline and is subject to change without notice until the ticket is issued. Once issued, the ticket price is generally locked, subject to the airline's fare rules.
Service fees
Super Travel may charge a service fee in addition to the airline's fare. Any service fee will be disclosed to you before booking is confirmed. Service fees are generally non-refundable once the booking is issued, even if the underlying airfare is refundable.
Taxes and surcharges
All applicable taxes, airport fees, fuel surcharges, and government fees are the responsibility of the traveler. These are typically included in the fare quoted; if any are separately applicable, we will disclose them before booking.
Currency
All prices quoted are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Currency fluctuations, if applicable, are the responsibility of the traveler.
5. Cancellations, Changes, Refunds
Airline fare rules
Cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by the fare rules of the specific ticket you purchase. These rules vary widely โ some tickets allow free changes, others charge $200-$500+ per change, and some are entirely non-refundable and non-changeable. We will explain the applicable rules before you book.
How to request a change or cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible by phone at 847-691-9090, WhatsApp at 847-436-9010, or email at supertravel2003@gmail.com. Because we are available 24/7/365, we can often begin working on changes immediately.
Refund processing
When a refund is due under the airline's rules:
- The airline processes the refund on their timeline โ typically 7-90 days depending on the carrier and payment method.
- We will forward the refund to you promptly once the airline releases funds.
- Super Travel's own service fees, if any, are generally non-refundable.
Involuntary changes (schedule changes, cancellations by the airline)
If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you may be entitled to a refund, rebooking, or compensation under the airline's policy and applicable law. We will help you pursue these remedies as your travel agent, but the airline is the party responsible for providing them.
No-shows
If you do not check in for your flight, the entire ticket (including return legs) is typically forfeited. Please contact us immediately if you know you will miss a flight โ we may be able to preserve the remaining legs of your itinerary.
6. Your Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth booking and travel experience, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information for all travelers (names exactly as they appear on passports, correct dates of birth, valid contact information).
- Review your itinerary immediately upon receipt and notify us of any errors before ticketing.
- Verify that all travel documents (passports, visas, permits) are valid and appropriate for your itinerary.
- Arrive at the airport with sufficient time for check-in, security, and immigration (typically 3 hours before an international flight).
- Comply with all airline, airport, and destination country rules.
- Pay any applicable change fees, fare differences, cancellation fees, or other charges promptly.
7. Travel Documents and Requirements
You are responsible for obtaining and traveling with all required travel documents, including but not limited to:
- A valid passport (typically with at least 6 months' validity beyond your return date)
- Required visas or entry permits for your destination and any transit countries
- OCI card, PIO card, or other proof of status where applicable
- Vaccination or health certificates required by the destination or transit countries
- Proof of onward travel where required
We are happy to advise on typical requirements based on our experience, but the final responsibility for documentation is yours. Requirements can change on short notice; we recommend verifying with the relevant embassy or consulate before travel.
Super Travel is not liable for any denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, or associated costs arising from insufficient or invalid travel documents.
8. Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other travel risks. We can suggest reputable providers on request. Super Travel is not an insurance broker and does not sell insurance directly.
Travelers to India, the Middle East, and other regions are especially encouraged to carry medical evacuation coverage.
9. Communications and Consent
By providing your phone number, WhatsApp number, or email address to Super Travel:
- You consent to receive booking-related communications (confirmations, itinerary changes, gate updates, travel alerts) through any of those channels.
- Marketing communications require your separate express consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
For details on how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Super Travel's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount of service fees you paid to Super Travel (excluding fares paid to airlines and other Suppliers).
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunity.
- We are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of any Supplier, or for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super Travel, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
- Inaccurate information you provided
- Your use of any booking or travel service
14. Dispute Resolution
We strongly prefer to resolve any dispute directly and quickly. Before filing any formal claim, please contact us at supertravel2003@gmail.com or 847-691-9090 and give us a reasonable opportunity to address your concern.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any remaining dispute shall be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to non-binding mediation before any formal proceeding.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute not resolved under Section 14 shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers directly.
