Super Travel ("we," "us," "our") is a US-based travel agency that has been booking flights and travel arrangements for individuals and families for over 20 years. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us to book travel, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information.
We are a call-, message-, and email-based service. We do not operate a physical storefront. Bookings are made by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our website.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Search for and book flights, itineraries, and related travel arrangements
- Communicate with you about your trip (booking confirmations, schedule changes, gate changes)
- Provide 24/7 support before, during, and after your travel
- Send fare alerts, seasonal travel updates, and marketing you have consented to receive

3. Marketing Communications
WhatsApp, SMS, and email marketing
We only send marketing messages (fare alerts, seasonal promotions, service updates) to customers who have consented โ at the time of booking, through our website, or by replying "YES" to a consent message we send you.
You can opt out at any time:
- WhatsApp: Reply "STOP" to any marketing message
- SMS: Reply "STOP" to any marketing message
- Email: Click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, or reply asking to be removed
- All channels: Email supertravel2003@gmail.com or call 847-691-9090
Even after opting out of marketing, you will continue to receive service-related messages about your active bookings (confirmations, itinerary changes, gate updates, and other operational messages).
Frequency
We aim to be useful, not intrusive. Typically we send no more than 1-2 marketing messages per week per channel, with modest increases around seasonal peaks such as Diwali, summer, and winter holidays.
TCPA compliance
For US recipients, marketing calls and text messages are governed by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We obtain your express consent before sending marketing texts or making marketing calls, honor opt-out requests promptly, and observe quiet hours (no marketing messages between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM in your local time zone).
4. Who We Share Information With
Booking travel is inherently a multi-party process. To provide our services, we share necessary information with:
Airlines and travel providers
When we issue a ticket, we transmit your name, date of birth, passport information, and contact details to the airline (via a Global Distribution System such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport). This is required by the airline and by international aviation authorities to issue a valid ticket.
Consolidators and wholesalers
For competitive fares, we sometimes book through airfare consolidators who share information with the operating airline.
Payment processors
Payment card information is processed by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number on our systems.
Communication service providers
- WhatsApp messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.
- SMS messages are sent through a US SMS provider (such as Twilio).
- Email is sent through Google Workspace (our email provider) and, for marketing broadcasts, an email service provider such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
These providers process message content only to deliver it and are contractually restricted from using your data for their own marketing.
Government authorities
When required by law, we may share information with authorities โ for example, in response to a subpoena, or as part of the US Department of Homeland Security's Secure Flight program, which requires airlines to transmit passenger data.
Professional advisors
Our accountants, lawyers, and auditors when necessary and under confidentiality obligations.
5. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses minimal cookies:
- Essential cookies for basic site function
- Anonymous analytics (page views, visitor counts) through Google Analytics or a comparable service
We do not use advertising cookies, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or cross-site tracking on our site.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as we have an active relationship with you plus a reasonable period thereafter, in order to:
- Support future trips and provide continuity (many of our customers have been with us for 10+ years)
- Comply with tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping requirements (typically 7 years in the US)
- Defend against potential legal claims
If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so promptly, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information:
- Payment card data is processed by PCI-DSS-compliant processors; we do not store card numbers.
- Our email and cloud storage accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication.
- Access to customer records is limited to Super Travel personnel who need it to serve you.
No transmission or storage of data over the internet is 100% secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

9. Children's Privacy
